A Bagless Baby Go Round

We’ve gone bag-less! As a store that’s entire business model is based around recycling, we have eliminated plastic bags. We are still happy to help you out to the car with your items if you stock up or/and you can bring your own reusable bags to use to shop with us. Thank you for helping to reduce everyone’s carbon footprint. Together we can make a difference!


Family Rewards Program and Military Discount

Joining the Family Rewards Program is easy and free! It keeps track of every dollar you spend here at Baby Go Round and once you’ve spent $100 you’ll earn a coupon for 25% off your entire next purchase. It will never expire and you can use it whenever you like!

MILITARY DISCOUNT! All current and former military personnel will receive 10% off their entire purchase with each visit (with valid I.D.)

  • Our military guests will still be signed up with the BGR Family Rewards Program and can still earn 25% off your entire purchase coupons, but the two discounts cannot be used at the same time (maximum of 25% off per purchase.)

 

“As Is” Discount

While all items in our store have been closely inspected, not all have been cleaned by our cleaning staff before they reach the shelves. These specific items are offered at an “as is,” discounted price. These items include ones that are specifically marked with a special tag on the sales floor and items that we pull from our backroom that have just come in.


 

Exchange Policy

7 Day Exchange on Clothing Items Only.

Must have receipt and tags still attached.

Clothing items will be exchanged for store credit which never expires. No cash back. No refunds.

All Other Sales Are FINAL!


 

Calling To Hold An Item

We picture and post what we’re getting in the store all day long! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tumblr for constant updates!

See an item you like? Items can be put on hold for you until we close. (6 P.M. Tuesday through Saturday and 5 P.M. on Mondays.)

If you are the first person in line for the item- Your items will be held until the end of the day. Our items are very popular at BGR and oftentimes there is a wait line for items on hold. If you can not make it in by 6:00P.M. for your item, it is up to you to call us. You can purchase the item over the phone. If you are not in by your hold time or do not purchase the item over the phone, the item will go to the next person in line.

If you are the SECOND (or third, fourth etc.) person in line, we will call you if the first person does not show up or declines the item. If your item has multiple people in line by the end of the night, due to time constraints and also to be as fair as possible to all of our customers, please make sure you are near your phone so you can purchase the item if needed and you don’t miss out on the item to the person in line behind you. (We often have multiple people in line, many who offer to pay for the item on the spot and we try to be as fair as possible to all of our clients. Also if there is a long line, we just have to call through the list in order to be as fair as possible).


Calling To Purchase An Item Over The Phone

Here at BGR Resale, we offer the option to purchase any item(s) (totaling $5 or more) over the phone. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

After you purchase your item(s), we will store it in our secure Sold Items room for up to two weeks after your purchase date.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item(s) when you come to pick them up you are more than welcome to exchange them for store credit BEFORE you leave the store with them. We do not offer cash back or refunds.

If two weeks pass we will attempt to contact you. If you decide against the item(s) or we cannot reach you the item(s) will be returned to the sales floor and the item(s) will be returned in the form of store credit.


Selling Policy

When you sell to BGR Resale you must guarantee you are the legal owner of the items you are selling and have the legal authority to transfer ownership to BGR Resale. All sales to BGR Resale are FINAL. If you change your mind on any item after it has been sold, we will NOT be able to retrieve the item for you.


Store Credit (From Selling) Policy

At BGR Resale we offer the option of cash on the spot OR store credit. Store credit is 20% more than the cash offer. For example, if your total comes to $20 in cash, you could also take the store credit option for $24.

Store credit is issued on a physical card and has no expiration. Store credit can be used towards anything in the store.

You are responsible for keeping track of your store credit. Store your credit in a safe place- any lost credit can not be reissued or compensated by BGR Resale.


 

Do Not Sell Your Items To A Third Party In Our Store Or In Our Parking Lot

We pay rent, insurance, and have a sellers license and permit in the state of California. It is illegal to sell your items to other parties on our property and it is quite offensive. This is private property and we reserve the right to prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law.


 

High-End Consignment Payout, Pricing, and Time Frame Policy

Once your item is sold, you will be notified and we will have your cash ready for you by the next day in the full amount of your percentage.

In the event that the item being consigned has not sold once the consignment period has ended, the consignor will be given one of the following options:

  1. The consignor may re-consign their item at a lower price (to be discussed with a BGR purchaser).
  2. The consignor may pick up their item from BGR Resale to do with it what they choose.

If the consignor does not pick up their item(s) within 7 days of the end of the consignment period, the item WILL become property of BGR. Items cannot be picked up prior to the completion of the consignment period.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
