Mission Statement

To serve and assist families with children in San Diego with a special emphasis on low income households. The majority of our clothing items are between $1.00-$3.00, while other items for sale are listed at 50%-90% off the suggested retail price.

BGR does not believe in a large corporate structure. All of our full time staff is currently composed of managers who helped either create the current BGR in 2009 or have been with the company for several years. At heart we are a family business: many of us have grown up together and some of us are related or even married! These sure are strange times, right? While trying to remain as safe and consistent during these inconsistent times, we are experimenting with what works best for you, our customers, as well as the business itself. We’ve realized that over these past six weeks that we’ve been open we aren’t putting enough inventory out onto the shelves to shop. We also want to cater to those customer who buy over the phone while looking at our Facebook and Instagram posts, but we just aren’t picturing enough either.
So… we have a plan!
Starting now, we will begin buying inventory from you, our customers, EVERY OTHER WEEK. We will still be buying July 31st and August 1st (Friday and Saturday) but August 3rd through August 8th we will not be buying and instead focusing on the piles and piles of unprocessed inventory we’ve already purchased from you! (So get ready for some awesome items hitting the shelves and popping up on Instagram!) We will begin buying again August 11th, 12th, 14th, and 15th. We will not be buying August 20th through 25th and so on…
During our buying weeks we will still be offering appointments and accepting walk-ins. It will still only be on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. We will also still be seeing to a clothing item limit so see our website for all the selling limit details. (www.babygoroundresale.com)
