BGR does not believe in a large corporate structure. All of our full time staff is currently composed of managers who helped either create the current BGR in 2009 or have been with the company for several years. First, we’d like to wish everyone a happy New Year! And a big thank you to our customers for being loyal and wonderful.
2019 was a difficult year for Baby Go Round. We faced many changes and the resale industry is always an unpredictable one. As a small business, it can be challenging to cover overhead, business costs and payroll while keeping low prices, balancing inventory prep, and trying to do the most we can for our community. To be honest, we have been scraping by.
But Kyle and I are 100% dedicated to the business and all of you. We want to see the store succeed to support our families and yours.
We are brainstorming ideas to evolve and offer the best service we can. But due to some end of year costs, we are having to adapt. Temporarily when you sell items to us, we will only be able to offer Store Credit- starting Friday January 3rd.
We will keep you updated on social media and our website. We hope many of you will still sell your gently-used items here so they can continue finding new homes. And by getting Store Credit, you’ll be able to trade for those sizes or toys you need now.
